When you need to report a claim, you can call or click 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Call 800-2CLAIMS (800-225-2467).  Hearing impaired customers who use a TTY device can contact 800-243-9801.

CNRP — Contractor Network Referral Program*
Your Claim Handler can provide you with information on approved vendors established by Liberty Mutual to provide customers with competent, reliable, contractors to perform building repairs related to an insured loss.  You are under no obligation to use the services of the CNRP contractor.  However, if you do, Liberty Mutual will guarantee the workmanship performed by the CNRP for one year.  Subject to policy provisions, the only cost to you will be your deductible and any non-recoverable depreciation.

Temporary Living Expense
If your home is unsafe or damage is so extensive that you cannot live there, your Claim Handler can assist you in locating temporary housing and advise you on your policy coverage for additional living expenses.  Your Claim Handler can also offer you an advance against the total settlement amount of your claim for clothing or other immediate necessities.

24-Hour Homeowner Emergency Repair Service
If you have a covered loss and your property needs to be protected from further damage, Liberty Mutual can dispatch someone to your home to take care of the situation. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Personal Property Replacement Service
Normally, you'd have to find individual replacements and arrange for shipping and handling on your own. With this service, one phone call sets the process in motion. Drawing from a database of more than 400,000 items, we can locate the exact items you lost - or the closest match - and ship them to you within 48 hours.

Catastrophe Team
Liberty Mutual's catastrophe team provides an immediate assessment of damages and appraisal resources to you when you need it most.
